Ron, the owner/operator of Patriot Pool Service, is the most responsive service provider with whom I have ever worked. He never fails to answer and/or return my calls and has made himself readily available to assist with emergency issues with my pool equipment regardless of the day or time. His pool service is so much more than just a cleaning and chemical service. He is factory trained and attends in person courses to remain up to date on the latest pool/pump repair techniques. Ron has saved me a significant amount of money because of his in-depth knowledge of pool equipment by doing simple, inexpensive repairs or in some case, just an adjustment, to fix the problem. Your average pool service would take the quick, easy route and just replace parts unnecessarily, which has happened to me in the past. I can unequivocally state that Patriot Pool Service is the most professionally run pool service I have used in my 40+ years of pool ownership in Austin and the DFW Metroplex.

They came to the rescue during the freeze in January: walked me through how to minimize damage until it was warmer, then worked with my aging equipment to minimize costs to get everything up and running again. I appreciate Ron's honesty and expertise.

Great for routine service, but much more than that. All advice is honestly given and integrity shines through. Frequent contact during the record-setting winter brought my pool and equipment through without damage. I highly recommend Patriot Pool Service!
