Do not hire this contractor.    They will submit bogus bills, threaten liens when you tell them you won't pay until they do acceptable work, and will generally abandon your project, mess up your timelines, and do shoddy work.  I have pictures and a spreadsheet of nearly 20k OVER what I paid them to FIX what they messed up.     After I fired them for the second 2 week disappearance and many many failed promises to fix their work, he changed prices on his bill then resubmitted it.   I tracked all of the changes on a google spreadsheet and it's very clear that his price change came after he was fired (google tracks them).   DO NOT HIRE THIS CROOK!   I'm now preparing a small claims court case against him which the attorney says will be an automatic win based on my evidence - you may not be so lucky!

Our new bathroom is a DREAM. Cody went above and beyond all of my many picky expectations. He was very attentive when I explained, very specifically, everything I wanted, and I watched him magically make my dreams come to life. I changed my mind a couple of times, and he was extremely accommodating to make sure he was doing exactly what I wanted. He was very knowledgeable about his work and all of the work I was requesting, and didn't automatically point me in the "most expensive" direction. He was very conscious of our budget and made everything work around that. Cody is so easy to work with, extremely professional, timely and fairly priced. We could not be happier!

First of all, I had asked several friends of reliable contractors to help me out with my not so beautiful kitchen tile. My friends are great but they happen to have more money than me so their suggestions were not helpful in the slightest. I asked around at church and found Dryden Homes. I send an email request just to see his price quote and time table of when the job would be done. He even came over to the house to meet my husband and I and look around for a more precise quote. 

The job was not only done perfectly on time as he had schedule, but it was done very well. The price is a fair point considering the quality of work he puts into it and how he related to my husband and I. I would definitely suggest Dryden Homes to all my friends (even the ones with money).

Cody Dryden and everyone representing DH were really great to work with. Completely respectful and transparent. Honest and I can tell does all of his work with integrity. He is a hard worker and ambitious to make your dream remodel a reality. He took my very basic ideas of a dream shower and worked with me to enhance them. He was always punctual and made sure all of my questions were answered quickly and accurately. DH was incredibly competitive with their pricing which was almost a second thought for me because of the service.

DH wanted to make sure they finished up as quickly as possibly as to not disrupt my family's day to day. He was very accessible and kept me up to date on the progress. DH was everything I was looking for in a remodeling company and I would highly recommend them.

My wife has to stop me from coming up with new remodel ideas because she knows I will call Cody in a heart beat!
