Slab was poured and steel beams were placed, then the HOA determined that the correct set-back was not used.  Builder placed 25 feet from the road and it should have been 25 feet from the property line. Because of the error, the front of the building had to be moved back 10', which we totally lost.  Steel beams had to be removed and placed alternately away from the road. 
Barn automatic roll up door leaks whenever it rains.  It was suggested that a concrete curb be added to the front of the barn to alleviate the leak.  It did not work, the barn still leaks.  The step over the curb is very inconvenient and dangerous
The windows were framed incorrectly and had to be repositioned 3 times.
The plumbing was placed too close to the wall and had to be jack-hammered out and replaced
The painted floor in the barn storage area is completely ruined from the leaking. 
The guest area floors were to be stained concrete.  The worst job ever.  Peeling paint and no retention of stain around toilet. 
Birds have easy access to the trim area for nesting, because we were told it was not sealed properly. 
The gutters leak at all seams. 
Contractor promised to return to resolve issues at least 6-8 times and he has not returned for any repairs.
I finally hired another contractor to repair rain leak at front door. Cost $4000.00. Mr Turner said he would help pay for cost,,, but no response to my attempted contacts
I still have other warranty issues that I will have rectified at my expense!!!
In retrospect , this was one on the most exasperating experiences ever.

They were very responsive, on everything we asked. I would recommend them to everyone.
