Zion Roofing is very professional start to finish. They helped design our porch cover blending it into the house roof. Inside and out it appears as if our home was built this way. Zion assisted us throughout the project by securing both HOA and City of McKinney approvals, constant site supervision and follow through. The actual construction was completed on time and on budget passing HOA and City inspections on the first time. Zion Roofing has truly earned the five star rating we give them. Zion Roofing was an absolute pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Out of the 4 companies that gave me quotes only Pricy actually got up on the roof, inspected everything and even made some thoughtful suggestions. Exc company to work with. A pleasure to be able to trust them with both the business issues of insurance, price, and schedule, as well as the quality and completeness of the work. While roofing may appear to be the same for everyone it in fact requires skill to ensure not just roofing installed well but other issues that can cause long term problems are done properly. We had extensive pest protection installed on roof and gutters and Zion did a great job checking and protecting these items. They did a fabulous job of cleaning up fallen nails and debris each day which is critical. We have had to replace, very expensively, 3 car tires due to other contractors leaving nails and screws hidden in driveway and yard. Zion did such a good job the insurance company accepted their calm and professional quotes and comments without any debate. Well worth getting yourself high quality, professional, trustworthy roofing done with Zion.

I have been working for 2 1/2 years with other roof and chimeny contractors to find a small water leak. I tried one more time with Pricy's, he found two leaks on the roof and explain the problem to me. I am very satisified.
