This guy does GREAT WORK and he takes his time.  He will not rush through the job.  You can tell that he takes pride in his work. He will work as hard as he can to get your walkways/stone/brick clean.  Our white stone had never been powerwashed (14 years old) and had mildew stains on it.  It is on the side of the house that does not get any sun so it tends to stay wet and therefore gets mildewy.  He started with the lowest pressure to clean it as he did not want to damage the stone.  When that did not work, he tried using a little cleaner that he had.  That still did not clean it completely so he consulted with me before using a higher pressure on it.  I thought that was great that he was concerned about damaging the stone and glad that he consulted me first.  I gave him the go ahead on the higher pressure and that cleaned it right up.  He pointed out to me that a small piece of stone had chipped off - it was on the two story part - I couldn't even see it (truthfully)- but was impressed by his honesty.  The stone steps and stone retaining walls in the back yard look great too.  There was one spot by the stone step that he could not get clean (looks like calcium buildup?).  He did try though.  We could not even get it up with a wire brush and strong cleaner so I guess it's here to stay.  Also There was a large area on our back patio aggregate that my son had spilled some stain on about a year ago.  This guy tried to get that up the best he could ( and it is a lot lighter) but it was there a whole year baking in so not really surprised that it did not come up completely.  Just put patio furniture over it so can't see it now anyway.  Overall I was very happy with WOW WASH and they are definitely on my KEEPER list!

Mark Cope did a fantastic job on my house with a lot of windows. It was a challenging job . I have a bunch of normal size windows and some very large windows in an atrium. The challenging part is that some of the windows are 30' off the ground and those tall windows had lots of  oxidation. Mark spent a lot of time on a ladder scrubbing the oxidation with steel wool. All the windows and screens look great!

First, let me tell you the bad part of our experience .... We had purchased an online deal for these guys and as a result, it was a bit difficult to get on their schedule (i.e. great deal + spring = a lot of people purchased). Top that with the latest thunderstorms that came through the area and we had to reschedule twice before they came out. That's it ... that was the bad, time for the good and let me tell you, these guys are good!

Mark showed up and with 2 guys that were dressed in company shirts. They didn't waste time and were able to get done with a 2 story house in about 1 hour. They were not only quick and efficient, but they were also very good at getting the windows squeaky clean. When working inside, they all took their shoes off to make sure they didn't drag any dirt in with them.

Also, while also working on the windows, Mark kept an eye out for the other guys' work and made sure everything was done right. He even threw in a couple of "extras" to make up for the delays and rescheduling.

Once they were done, Mark waited for me to check the work. I usually am very detail oriented and I didn't find anything that I wanted them to redo. Once he got the "Okay" from me, they quickly left and I had my invoice emailed to me within a couple of hours.
