Nothing worked right. They more I talk to them the more it got worst. I would talk to people and they could not hear me and the service would shut off and come back on. When you call to talk to them you get someone who can barely speak English and then they get upset because you call too many times.

They have been great. They run through the internet. I have not had any issues. It is less expensive than a traditional home phone. You can keep the same phone number if you move around the country. I have had them for 3 years. They send the equipment. It was easy to set up and we have not had any issues since. If someone calls my home, I get a text sent to my cell phone letting me know.
