What I appreciated most was that he didn’t come across as someone trying to make a quick buck. Instead, he focused on building trust by educating me on how to get more life out of the HVAC units and what to look out for, without trying to scare me with issues. His professionalism, honesty, and customer-first approach were truly refreshing. Highly recommend!
