At first, it was not doing well but then i figured out I had to use my regular TV remote to adjust the color and then it worked fine. The only complaint I have is that they had to order the part, and he said it would be 3 days, but it ended up being about a week.

The TV set was functioning but the wasrning message stated that the fan was not functioning. To prevent the set from overheating, we decided to wait till the problem was fixed. The tecnician came on time and performed a thoroughly professional job. The entire work took about 30-40 minutes. The young man Alex is from Columbia and was very pleasant and courteous. He was accompanied by his father, who is visiting the U.S. and he helped his son.
