Everything was good.

They were able to come sooner than anticipated, and did a nice job. Still have some suckers from old roots, but expect they will cease as I cut them off.

Had to call the office as they did not properly removed the debris from the trimming in the yard and on the street. Attitude of one of the workers when he had to return to remove the debris was unprofessional.

After years of using another, professional arborist, the Tree Fella's service left my trees looking better than they ever had. Service was prompt, and cleanup was thorough. The crew was very helpful in pointing out what they could trim, based on my wishes, and made recommendations as to other cuts to help better shape the trees. There was a bit of a mix-up on the work order, but everything was corrected with one call (phone was always answered by a very helpful person; I never had to leave a message and hope for a return call). Have found my new tree company, and have already recommended the Tree Fella to my neighbors.

I was very happy and very impressed with the knowledge, work and cleanup. The person in charge of the 4 man team was "J.R.".He impressed me with his explanation of what he recommended and how he would do it. The price was very reasonable for the work done.

Expert came to discuss the scope and provide a quote. The work crew came a couple days later, right on time. The lead spoke perfect English and understood the scope of work. The crew got everything completed, asked me to confirm the completeness of their work. Cleaned up all the debris and left with everything in good order.
