It was fine, I probably got what I paid for. Next time I would pay a bit more if I could have a company that was concerned and helpful more than just "fixing the problem". He was polite, but I didn't have a really note worthy job done. If I took a bit more effort myself, I probably could have done the same thing and saved my money.

The whole process was done in an hour. They were professional ,courteous, and very helpful. They explained how to run my system for the maximum effect and now I have the best lawn in my neighborhood.

I thought there was a leak in the sprinkler system. After they came out and dug for about an hour, they discovered a leak in the main water line. Although this really isn't their specialty, they made a trip to Home Depot for the parts and repaired the water line. Outstanding service.

They were good. I'll say this, he somehow didn't write down my phone number during the first appointment. So it was pouring rain, but he drove up and said that he didn't write my number down, its my fault, but I wanted to tell you I really can't do it today. So I give him an attaboy for that. We rescheduled for another time the next week and he came out and did it. He did a good a job. They were out here for about an hour. They used top of the line parts and I haven't had a problem with it. They were 20 to 30 minutes late.

Over the winter one of the heads had frozen and I had a geyser in my yard. They came out as soon as I called, inspected the whole system as a courtesy and found two more heads that were not retracting properly that I didn't even know about. They were polite and professional and were there for us when we needed them. I highly recommend them.

Very quick response to my call. Excellent estimate with good explanation. Were late for installation but service was completed with no problems. All in all an excellent job and pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend their service.
