I have never been more satisfied with services provided. I’ve been in contact with the pool surgeon team since the horrible freeze and they did a great job of communicating expectations for repairs and getting me scheduled. Today they completed the work and it is FANTASTIC! Really appreciate Matt and all his effort to get me back up and running, and impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Thank you so much!!

They were great! The service guy was prompt, very friendly, and really knew his stuff. He fixed the issue after only 2 hours and charged a very fair price for his time. That repair was six years ago, and the problem has never come back. Top company.

Great. The pool controller is very old with parts no longer available, but Cecil was able to make a repair until we decide to replace the whole controller system. They have done our pool repairs for years and we have always been happy with their work.

Dont use them!! We had a spa light replaced at a very expensive cost back at the end of May. A few weeks ago it went out again after barely 5 months!! I contacted them about it and was told that they needed to get back to me with an available date to come and replace it. A week later and i still hadnt heard back. So i called and was finally able to make an appointment for a week later. The day of the appointment which again was 2 weeks after the initial call was made, i get an email saying they tried to call me but must have written my number incorrectly. The email states that the $475 spa light only has a 2 month warranty!! I was told that i needed to pay for a new bulb plus the service call. I very rarely write a review but this companies customer service is atrocious!!

Within 3 months after installation the pump quit working. When the company came out to look at the pump Mr. Harold Evans immediately accused me of running the pump dry - without asking me any questions about why the pump quit working. He refused to repair the pump under warranty and wanted me to pay for a whole new pump. I ordered him off my property immediately and had another company come by and they repaired a small electrical part of the pump for $60.  In stark contrast to Mr. Evans quote that said the entire pump had to be replaced, it was only a small part that needed to be replaced and in no way was it due to the pump ever being run dry.
I received a quote for a new pump for $200 less than charged by The Pool Surgeon. So their prices are higher than other providers and they do not stand behind their work.
In my opinion, based on the accusations by Mr. Evans, his lack of proper assessment and lack of standing behind their warranty, I cannot recommend that anyone ever use this company.

Found pump not working and water not flowing on a Saturday evening--frozen inside valves. Walked us through how to drain lines and heater--came out on following Monday and made needed repairs.

I have been using this company since 2004. They always give me great quality work. Their response time is usually the same or next day. I thought their prices were a bit high, but the work has always been satisfactory. I will continue to use this company in the future.
