They did an excellent job of replacing the window. They were very careful removing the shattered window and didn't create any mess in my house which I really appreciated. My only reason for some of the B ratings was because it took them too long to get the window installed. From the time they came out and measured and the time the window was replaced was 5 weeks. More than twice as long as the original estimate.

Scheduling was very easy and the work was done on a timely basis.$380

Estimator arrived on time, was professional and courteous. Identified the windows that needed to be replaced, gave me an accurate quote and scheduled the replacement. 
Day of replacement workman arrived on time and were also professional and courteous. Took just over an hour to replace all panes. Clean up after himself. Work looks as good if not better than when the glass was new.

Low quality, overpriced, and this experience with Ted the p*** for a president is just the tip of the iceberg.  Ted Halladay(president) was a nice reminder that some people start their own business so that they have more freedom to be an a****** whenever they want.  If I pay 700 for a dog door then my wife gets frustrated about the poor quality of it then after having to pay two more times within a month to fix a flap I'm going to ask whats up with a warranty Ted and I expect a better answer than oh you can't warranty that you need "to train your dog to not do that" (referencing going in and out of the dog door) well that just makes you an idiot Ted.  I hope you calling me back so you could hang up on me made you feel better though.  Keep taking that money from those customers son.  Cheers

These guys are great.   I have used them twice now.  They are professional.  My wife feels safe with them in the home without me.  They do great work and clean up after themselves.  I will use them again in the future.

They took the time to explain what they were doing, how it was different from others, and what I can expect from the replacement glass. I love my new windows - they look amazing!

Arrived on time, placed order. Fair price on windows, warranty is only 10 years.  Only hitch was the payment, he forgot to email me receipt from his ipad and the credit card company cancelled the payment.  He had to run it again!
I would use them again.

Final result was very positive.  It took a little time with little notification to get work started.  Once complete, I was not home and they replaced a couple wrong windows.  They later came back and replaced the correct windows and left the mistaken windows in place with no charge.
