The Four Paws Resort

Scott and Amy run a top notch pet resort. They give the dogs lots of love and send pictures and videos to the parents daily to comfort them while their pet is in someone else’s care. I have a very timid and somewhat temperamental German shepherd who loves going there. He acts totally different when we drop him off with Scott and Amy. Other places, he refuses to go in and does not like to stay. He comes home in a great mood and goes right with Amy when I drop him off. Great customer service and wonderful small business. Would recommend to anyone!!

These people are amazingly nice and good people. When I brought Lily (our 2 year old Golden Retirever) Amy met me in the drive way and showed me around a little bit. Lily was able to run around in the play area while we discussed her medicine and food routine. I brought some toys from home and a blanket since they suggested it on their website. Amy was so sweet and I could tell that she really loves animals. She made me feel re-assured to leave Lily with them. I will be using the Harrod's again when we travel. I loved that she sent me photos of Lily playing with the other dogs. We had them taxi Lily to our house and my friends met them there to let Lily into the house so she would be home when we got in later that day. Our friends mentioned how nice they were and wanted more information.

This was our first time to meet or use this resort. The owners, Amy and Scott, met our car in the driveway as soon as we pulled in.
Our very timid nervous wary dog took an instant liking to them. The initial confinement was in a totally tree shaded spacious enclosure with a long run and grassy plot. Our schedule changed, so we needed to extend the dog's stay for a few hours and that was graciously arranged. Later on we picked our happy dog. Even though we did not have her bathed or groomed, she was returned in excellent shape and VERY happy. We have already scheduled our next visit to this faciity which offers day care as well as boarding.

Our dog is real shy, she doesn't like to go anywhere and she is scared of the car. When she sees this lady, she understands everything is going to be OK. We have gone to other places, and the quality at Four Paws is good. The shop is nice and clean, and she also has a gift area. Everyone that works there is very nice and pleasant.
