The two ladies who did the cleaning were very industrious, thorough, professional, and personable. They worked hard and did a great job of making the house shine.
The only part of this experience that was a bit off was getting it arranged -- I contacted Clean Haven online and they did respond with an estimate, but they were slow to follow up on sending an invoice, which I had to remind them of, or providing feedback on my payment and their contacting the person whose house was being cleaned. Also, one option for paying is online via PayPal, which I told them was what I would do; but the invoice does not carry information to PayPal, so you have to log directly into PayPal and enter the recipient and payment amount information; a PayPal invoice would be much better.
Once arranged, though, Clean Haven did an excellent job, and I would recommend their services.
