Truly outstanding experience. I had a HVAC unit which, according to the company who had been servicing it, needed to be replaced. Their bid seemed high and I wanted to get another bid. Kevin Harris was quick to respond to my initial inquiry after he was recommended to me by a friend. He came by the house to take a look at the existing unit and quoted 5 different options for a replacement within the parameters we discussed (i.e. high enough SEER to qualify for tax credits, etc.). Upon making a decision mid-week, the new unit was installed on Saturday morning. Everything went extremely smooth and was finished in approx. 5 hours. All debris and trash were remove and everything worked great. I will be using them for future routine maintenance as well. Owner: Kevin Harris - (903) 818-7525
