Perfect, Very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I learned about different landscape bushes, trees during the quote process and how it all comes together. I recently hired Green Tex to install 3 French drains, sod, river rock and landscaping. From the first call, they were quick to respond. Mike came out, took measurements and made recommendations. The next day, I received a written estimate clearly laying out the materials needed and the cost per area. Shey, Phillip, Adam and Rey were here to do the work in a timely and professional manner. They were great! If a problem came up, it was quickly resolved. The admin asst, Tammara was fantastic in keeping me informed. I will definitely call GreenTex to handle future landscaping projects.

The sod was professionally installed and completed in a day. The crew was professional and cleaned up so the yard was impeccable. Sod looks awesome. Irrigation professional came to the house and tested the sprinkler system and identified several heads that needed to be replaced. He also inspected the drip system and fixed two leaks that we didn't know we had. Work was exceptional and thorough.

They mislead in their estimates. Perform services not requested and want payment for them. Promised a service and then said they wouldn't fulfill it. I asked to speak to the owners--they declined. Stay away from them.

Our Operations Manager quoted you weekly lawn service without knowing that your property was beyond our service area. We did send a technician for a first mow and determined at that time that your property was well beyond our service area. This was our mistake and again we apologize. There was no intent to mislead, just a mistake. In addition, we also offered to continue to provide all other services except the weekly mowing. As for your comment regarding performing service not requested, we take exception to that. We did exactly the work that you requested and we quoted. Our system requires electronic acceptance of all quotes which you approved. We also performed the additional work you requested and approved. We even discounted the both the original quoted work and the additional requested work for you."

Poor follow-up, poor communication, mowers said backyard gate locked as reason they didn’t mow it one week even though it was unlocked, does not do services when they state so constantly having to follow up

"We're sorry you are having issues with our schedule. Our crews mow 25-30 per day, cannot return to customers who don't unlock their gates on their mow days. Our crew came early before she could unlock her gate and we photo document for this reason. Many have combo locks to avoid this issue. Also behind on trimming due to the rain that's out of our control. When it's the rainy season you have to be patient. We email, but sometimes they don't get read. We take our communication seriously!"

They were good. I just didn’t go with them because they were a $1,000 more. I would definitely use them if the price was comparative. I would definitely bid them out again though. The owner is the one that I communicated with, and he would email me on the weekends and he would text, so I could always talk to him and ask him questions. I get the impression that they are a very good company. They’re very thorough and care a lot about they’re customers and they do good work. I’d recommend them.

GreenTex had been a reliable provider up until last year. I never had trouble with communications, quality of service, and customer service. Now, I am looking for a new landscaping care company. The billing has slowly slipped in accuracy, and when I call to discuss, the office personnel is borderline rude. I've asked for heads up on non-regular services, like mulching or fertilization and they fail miserably at contacting me in a timely manner. Once they even emailed me that the crew was coming, while the crew was working on my yard. The irrigation "specialist" they have has always missed his appointments and then lied about missing them saying we were not home. This has happened since year 1, so I am talking about at least 5 instances where this person has flat out lied about showing up and us not being home. Since we own security cameras, we can back our claims that this person did not, in fact, showed up for his appointment. I opted out completely from using GreenTex for irrigation system maintenance unless they have a different "specialist" on board. During the summer, they have subcontracted mowing crews, so the quality of mowing has been inconsistent. This is to say that it sometimes is borderline bad, where they leave tall grass in lines, in between their passes with the lawnmower. The scheduling is consistent though, if they say they're coming, they do show up (other than their sprinkler technician). That is why I say the punctuality is good.

Extremely well. Shortly after my initial visit with Bill, he emailed pictures of his ideas on what the patio would look like. I wanted very low-maintenance but could not decide on the right materials for the job that would fit within my budget. After going with Bill's suggestions, work began 2-3 weeks later. The majority of the work was completed in one day (finished the following day) and they crew was great about tidying up afterwards. Bill followed up immediately afterwards to make sure I was happy with the work and I plan on having him come back for some additional landscaping. Would definitely recommend GreenTex Landscaping!

Their work performance was highly professional & in compliance with this job’s schedule. The installation crew was knowledgeable, effective & maintained a clean work-site. Green Tex Landscaping subsequently replaced a few sod areas that did not green-up per their warranty in a timely & efficient manner. They even water affected areas since I was out of town. My wife and I are so pleased that we don't have to concern ourselves with our yard anymore as we have recommendations on services needed and scheduled out the rest of our services with them. When they started, they recommended Aeration because my boys had trampled the grass down. I usually do this every year and they were 20% less than my previous provider for the same service. Noticed my sprinkler was spraying onto my patio one morning and called them to schedule them to look at the problem. I had recently hired a company, before hiring GreenTex, to overhaul my back yard and add in the Patio and they never addressed Zone 5 & Zone 6 to meet the new design. Bill personally came out to my yard with his crew while i was at work and redesigned my irrigation system. They called me with a quote that was very reasonable and said they could either do it same day or schedule a later date. I opted for same day and they had it wrapped up before i was home. Now we never see water on our patio or our fire pit from the sprinklers. We have had a problem with grass growing under the tree in our front yard for over a year and I assumed it was the boys climbing it all the time and trampling the grass down. a few weeks back their crew came mid day and noticed that the grass was not receiving enough sunlight and raising the tree canopy was the best solution for the yard. I received an email with the recommendation. I called to get more details and decided to have the tree serviced. the next week I came home to a cleaned up tree and no evidence of the service being done. I love that! They mow every week for us and we have never had a complaint about how the grass looks after a mow. Our chemical service is also done through them and we get updates that a service was performed. My grass looks great! They trim our hedges every few months at my direction and I have never had to remind them. They mulch twice a year, spring & fall, planting flowers in the spring. House looks great! Thanks GreenTex for making my life more simple!

Aaron showed up just about spot on when he said he would. I showed/explained to him what that I wanted a retaining wall that ran the course of the East side of my house. I also wanted the existing porch removed and replaced with sod. He explained in detail exactly what he would be using and how it would be done. Then he took measurements and left. I received a quote from him the next day. I thanked him and told him I was going to get a few more quotes and I would keep in touch with him.
