I recently had an annual service with Temperature Pro. Moe came out and was quick and efficient. He let me know what was going on and potential future issues to keep an eye on. He was very professional and it was another great experience. Eric did an incredible job. He was efficient and fully explained everything he was doing. I highly recommend.

TemperaturePro was the fourth company that I had to come out and give me a quote. Well I haven’t received their quote yet as they just left my house about an hour ago, I’m pretty confident they are going to be my go to for this project and AC needs moving forward. I was lucky enough to have Eric from TemperaturePro referred to me by another contractor, Matt from Fixed By Nick, that did a 5 star job a week ago. Eric’s assessment of the scope of work that needs to be done was reassuring by comparison to another company’s assessment whose recommendations included replacing my entire HVAC system in spite of it being fully operational. Talking with Eric today, I felt confident that his quote will be practical and not an attempt to upsell me things my home doesn’t need.

Technician was excellent

It was excellent. They response to their professionalism. They were able to come out pretty quickly and agreed to diagnose the problem before committing to extensive prices. They also repair something else for free. The price is fair. I have no issues with them. In fact, I also referred him to my son who also owns a house.

It was good. They came out the same day and replaced the parts within 15 minutes.

They showed up right on time, at the start of the time window. The technician quickly discovered the issue with our AC unit, and resolved it the same day. He explained everything along the way and was very professional.

The individual did a good job. They did end to end work. The system went down after 2 weeks. I called them again, they fixed it and charged me.

Darius was great. He advised he was able to have someone at my job the same morning I called and they delivered on time and repaired the broken part in less than 30 minutes. I will be switching my yearly maintenance to the when my current one expires.

They were very helpful. Took time to explain to me what was wrong and even showed me some precautions I could take to prevent it in the future.

I was extremely pleased with my experience with Temperature Pro of Allen. They were extremely courteous and professional. They texted me to confirm my appointment, and then texted again to let me know when their serviceman was on the way. He then quickly diagnosed the problem and even corrected a few issues free of charge. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing heating and cooling repair.
