If I could only use one word it would be Amazing!  From the get go Tina and Silvano were professional and very easy to work with.  I truly could not be happier with the outcome of our floors!  Tina was on top of all questions that I had and answered quickly.  Silvano and his crew were professional, clean (as clean as you can be removing tile!), and easy to work with.  I wanted to have concrete floors for years but have heard very mixed reviews so I was nervous.  I wish I had done this years ago.  The process is messy and smelly, but completely worth it in the end.  I spoke with several companies and definitely chose the right one. 

Installation and final results were fine. However a part is cracked and pealing, and I've called  and written for he last 40 days, with no reply.
I want the part fixed and they said the warranty covered a reseal of the work?
They were not the cheapest, but I felt hey were honest, and the workers performed a good job. Its the warranty and after care that is making it hard to recommend them for anything.

i was unhappy with his tardiness . dropped off a man to start prep work in the a.m. just watching him i felt his first assignment. he was there all day  someone else came about three p.m. and helped him finish . they were there till about six.
long story short ,  a couple months later the concrete started to crack and peel. i called him and about two weeks later he came and informed me that the sidewalk was shifting and was not covered under the five year warranty.

They did an excellent job. We are extremely pleased. They came four days in a row. They were not here all day long. The first day they were here for about an hour. It is four stages and each stage has to dry. It truly looks like there is stone there is not. The way they stamped it and make a grout. They put some different colors in it. You pick out the colors. It is wonderful. I am certainly telling my friends about it. I think they are very well priced for what they did. We are thrilled with it.

Although it seemed a little expensive I agreed to the price of $!200. to professionally clean and apply grey colored stain to the floor of my very small two car garage in Irving. The first day went well. One guy came out and spent several hours cleaning and prepping the floor. The next day they came out and applied the stain to the floor. I paid $600. the first day and another $600. the next day as agreed. The stain didn't cover well in some areas and the walls and door were splashed with stain and acid cleaner. I left a couple of messages and Silvano came back out to my house and agreed that it needed to be touched up and clean the door .  He did touch up the walls with some left over paint that I had. But that was it. I left several phone calls to try to set up a time for them to come back out and finish the job but Nobody will return my phone calls.  I paid good money on time as agreed and I HATE when someone promises something but then doesn't finish and won't return phone calls.
