The worst customer service I've ever had. After the work was done I had to pay another company to fix some of the flooring they installed. My front door had to be replaced because they rammed it with one of their machines and most of my house had to be repainted because of the scratches and scuff marks on the walls. There was no accountability on there part once they had their money they were gone.

The said they would call me the day after taking my 5,200 deposit check.  A week later, and they had not called me.  I called them and left a message.  No response.  I went in to the store and the people there said it had nothing to do with them, that the installer had it scheduled.  I pressed, and they checked their books and found that I was not scheduled.  Long story short, they started my installation about 3 weeks after taking my check.  The carpet installation went well enough.  I would rate the quality of work on that at a B.  The would flooring was a disaster.  The had to come back 3 times after telling me they was done to repair their work and damage done by it.  The floors look ok at first glance.  They do not look any where near as good as I expected them to look.  I will not use them again.  Their customer service through the whole ordeal was very poor.  They would not have done as much as they did to repair the issues if I had paid them in full at the start of the job.  If you use them, do not pay them the final amount until you think they are done.  Better yet, use someone other than them.

Generally, the work itself went fine. A few exceptions - the baseboards in one of the rooms where the wood/tile was installed were damaged pretty good when removed and the installer put it back and it looked like crap. I insisted they replace the baseboards, with time and material at my expense of course. The other issue I had with them is when the wood floor refinishers came in, they removed a toilet to get easier access to the floor. This toilet was placed in a bedroom. Then the carpet guys came in to replace the carpet in that room, so they moved the toilet into another bathroom, which has travertine, and instead of setting it down, they put it down and pushed it about 12" across the floor, creating several scratches in the travertine. I talked to Tom, the owner, about it at least three times, and every time he told me he would send a guy out to polish the floor to remove the scratches but that just never happened. I know a $15,000 job may not be much for them but I don't deserve to live with their mistake, nor should I have to pay to have their mistake fixed. I would have even used them again if they hadn't handled the issue like they did. 

The installation took 3 days.  A little longer than I had anticipated but I liked the fact that they took their time to do it right.  On Day one they spent about 6 hours on site.  They moved furniture out, Covered up cabinets, etc.  removed baseboards moldings, took out carpeting and tile floors and then used leveling to level and smooth out floors.2nd day they came in and finished smoothing and cleaning up and did most of the installation.3rd day they completed installation and installed moldings, trim and finishing.  They did an extremely careful job on the finish work.
They put pads on the bottoms of all the furniture and moved all the furniture that they took out back.
They cleaned up very carefully and polished the floors before they left.
We are extremely happy with the product and the installation.  It looks like a completely new house.  The workmanship and attention to detail was great.

Style floors tore out the old flooring and installed the new flooring.  I am pleased with their work and I would use them again.

Two major problems occurred. 
1. They recommended a plumber to replace the drains in the bathrooms.  Upon completion of the project it was discovered that the plumber a filled the drain with cement.  I had to have the newly installed tile ripped out, the floor ripped out and the drains replaced.  Naturally I had to have the tiling redone.  So essentially this company got paid twice for the same bathroom. 
2. While installing the wood floors the workmen broke the new sidelight I had just had put in.  They tried to deny this but finally relented and paid for the damages.
3. They promised to com back and finish putting topcoats on master bath floor and tile work but have never returned. 

We received quotes from 5 flooring companies.  Style Floors had the best price & came highly recommended by a trusted realtor whose clients were very satisfied with the company's  work.  We were very satisfied and would use this company again.
