They did very good service. The quality was good too. They did the packing very well. Everything was good, no problem at all. They were very nice people.

Awful. They send a crew that was subcontracted. Unprofiessional no equipment. They had to go to home depot to buy shrink wrap and charged me for this time. When I complained they held my sofa ransom until I paid them what they asked. And that's just one of the issues. Just awful experience...

"Was unaware this happened. Once in a blue moon we will give a job to Justin. If that's who your refferring to, we dont subcontract any work. My only thought is that we ended up with longer jobs than anticipated and the office offered to come at end of day or early next morning with a discount for inconvenience. We don't book jobs and then sub them out and keep money off jobs. I make it a point to tell tell clients that if we have to pass a job that it is not us doing the job and provide multiple options when the situation are used. Sorry for your less than perfect experience"

We will gladly replace the treadmill amd the table leaf and issue you a check for $1500 which is full retail for the treadmill. We are a fully insured company and have explained all of this to you on numerous occasions. We apologize that your Experience with us was anything but perfect and we want the opportunity to resolve this issue. Please call the office to obtain your monies owed."

After speaking with a number of different movers in the area, Stonebriar was willing to work with us on timing and cost to get the move done. They also promised a crew that was professional, thoughtful with our belongings, and were full-time employees of the company. They showed up on the day and time we agreed, called a half hour beforehand to confirm their arrival, and got to work a few minutes after a walk through of what needed done. It was a great experience working with Stonebriar. The crew was just as nice and professional as promised and we wouldn't hesitate to ask for their help again.

We shopped around for movers in the Plano area and the best rate we got was from Stonebriar Movers in nearby McKinney. They did an excellent job moving us last Friday from our old house to a new one we had built nearby. Roger and Hank were fast and efficient and there was no breakage. There were no surprise charges like the last time we moved either. We were very pleased with the job done by these movers.

We sold our house in McKinney last month and hired Stonebriar Movers to move us to our new home in Garland. When moving day came the truck pulled up exactly on time with a crew of three The guys worked together as if they had done this forever. One remained on the truck and packed while the other two carried. After several hours they were done. About two hours later they were at our new place unloading. The worked until about seven that evening and that night we slept in our new home for the first time. There was no damage and nothing missing. We were very pleased with the job done by Stonebriar Movers.

An excellent experience and took the stress out of moving stuff! They were extremely helpful throughout the process. They were extremely responsive and prompt. The crew was friendly and professional. Yesterday, Tyler and one other employee from your company came to our house to assemble a table we had purchased online. The guys were on time , professional , left all areas in pristine condition and were very nice to my wife (which I appreciate the most!).
