I had called another company I had used in the past but they were to busy and could not get here till mid next week. Seeing as how this seemed like a possible plumbing emergency (toilet backed up / sewage overflowing) I did not want to wait.
Very happy I called Starnes Plumbing and gave them a try. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable, got right to the problem and solved it. Very nice and friendly, a pleasure to do business with. I will definitely be calling them for future plumbing needs.

It went fine. They came, looked at what needed to be done and proceeded doing it. They needed a part to fix the instant hot water in the kitchen. They called to verify that the part was available.They left to pick up the part but were gone only a short time. They arrived back at the house and completed the job. They were professional, courteous and efficient.

"I do not know why she is complaining, I unclogged her sewer line, which the other plumber she called did not know how to. He said someone would have to get on the roof and go through the vent, which is not safe and is not necessary, it is a two story house. I'm the one who has a complaint because she said in her complaint she is not paying me."

Mr Starnes called back within 10 minutes and said they would be here in about an hour. Three of their folks showed up in about 40 minutes. They immediately confirmed that the Hot Water Heater (HWH) leak was indeed a tank leak and, with my approval, started the replacement. Within an hour of arrival they had exchanged the failed HWH and also to my surprise mopped out the garage water the leak had caused. They also put the insulation blanket back on the tank. Of course it was expensive but all they did exceeded my expectation.

He is an amazing plumber. He was on time and professional. Everything about it was good. The job was done well. He had to remove bushes and when he was done he put them back in. They did good on the clean-up and had reasonable prices.
