My walk in shower looks great. I do wish to give some pointers for anyone that needs to have their shower tile cleaned and sealed. My home is less than 3 years old. I should have sealed the grout shortly after move in. So, now I'm getting the house ready to put on the market and could see the grout in the shower looked rusty. I tried to clean it with CLR but couldn't get it look new again. When I called Stanley Steemer, I was only thinking of them cleaning. They recommended sealing after the clean. After they cleaned, there was no way just a clear sealant would work. The grout had a dark tone. They recommended a sealant with a paint color to match the grout. I had no idea that was available. Wow... What a difference. My tile looks new again. I needed them to come back since it appeared some places were missed after it got wet. They had no problems with sending them out the following weekend. I did not want this to reflect on the work they had done. What I learned after they came out the 2nd time, is when they put on the sealant/paint, you must wipe off the access shortly afterwards or you won't be having any fun if it dries on the tile. When they wipe off with a dry towel, it sometimes will take off the sealant/paint that was just put down. When they came out the 2nd time, I watch closely so If I needed to touch up a few places, I would not need them to come back out. Additionally, they do not seal/paint around the base of the shower since that is not grout but a rubber sealer. They indicate it will not stick, however I decided to paint/sealer the borders since I could see that wasn't done. So far it has stayed on the rubber sealer. If it comes off over time, I can reapply before I sale the house. I recommend that Stanley Steemer go ahead and seal/paint that boarder and just give the disclaimer that it could come off over time. If you are about to buy a new home, spend the money to have all your grout sealed. If you have an older home and wish for the tile to have a face lift, spend the money to have it sealed and painted. This work is **** ** the back and takes a great deal of time to complete. They did a great job. Once I find my next home, I will spend the money to have this done before I gunk it up. Lastly, I recommend that Stanley Steemer give a small bottle of what they used for touch ups. I learned you can find it at Home Depo.

Fine got there on time , I wish it had been rinsed more but had some stains that had extra chemical on it so it was hard to tell . Happy with it

The price was under $100.00. They did a good job. It took an hour or two hours to complete the cleaning. I think one person came out to complete the service.

They did a good job. I guess I'm pleased with how the carpet is cleaned. It actually smells clean, looks clean, feels clean after they're done. And there's no like... I occasionally have this spot treat the carpet and there's no residue suds or anything in it. And so it seems to be whatever the process they used I believe at steam. He did steam. It seems they did a really good job in cleaning without leaving a lot of chemicals or smell. I would use them again in the future.

I have used them for years, they do a great job. I love them. I have stayed with them for these many years because they do a good job; they show up when they say they are going to show up. The estimate is what they say it is going to be. They really try hard to please me. I had them actually do a couple of extra work.

They did a really good job. I spent about $200 on that service. I actually used them one time before and I really liked the service and the way they cleaned the carpets. My experience with them went really well. The price was okay. I will use them again if I needed to.

They were very good. They were excellent to deal with and very good with moving the furniture and cleaning the carpets. I liked their customer service and they were excellent on price, quality, responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism. I will use them again in the future.

The crew was right on time to the appointment. They got right to work and got it done quicker than I thought. After they were finished I was very happy with the job. I appreciated that the crew was very careful and respectful of my belongings. Nothing was damaged during the cleaning. I would use this company again.
