We needed someone reliable and reputable to fix water damaged wood on our patio overhang and on our chimney. Our roof guy, who has done excellent work for us in the past, recommended Jeremy Spencer. Jeremy came out and gave us a quote, used our roof guy to do the chimney work, and actually found the damaged framing timber while replacing the fascia board. He added a very small amount of money to the original quote to fix it, which I paid gladly. The paint job he did matches so perfectly you can't tell the new wood from the old. Excellent job all around!
Description of Work: Replaced water damaged fascia board and soffit on patio overhang. Installed flashing on roof to prevent future water damage. Replaced water damaged framing timber behind fascia board. Replaced wood on chimney. Painted everything to match existing trim.
