The best serviced I have ever had. Fast, friendly, and honest.

We've used Solutions Automotive a couple times now for both of our vehicles. The first time was for some scheduled maintenance that was due on my wife's SUV , and instead of paying the high dealership costs I decided to check out other prices since I had been wanting to find a good local mechanic we could rely on. Solutions quoted easily half what the dealership charged for the same service, and I'd heard good things about them from a neighbor as well. I waited there for the service, it's a small office but pleasant staff and comfortable, and the work was done quickly and I was back on my way.
Second service was on my truck that needed the front ball joints replaced. I had already bought the parts myself a while back with the intention of trying to undertake the job myself since I try to do some minor maintenance and repairs on the truck when I can, but when I saw all that was involved I realized it'd be much easier to pay a pro to do it. I don't think many shops will do service with customer-provided parts anymore, but Solutions was willing to as long as I understood they wouldn't be responsible for any failure of the parts themselves since I was providing them (which makes sense). They came to my house to pick my truck up, which was nice. The only minor downside was because they were a little late to pick up my truck they didn't get the work finished until the following morning. But on the upside the cost was below their initial estimate provided and they did a great job, so I'm not too worried about it taking a couple hours longer than expected.

It was a really good service. They were clear about what the car needed. We talked about everything they offered before any work was done. They were very reasonably priced.

Just when you think Customer Service is a myth, you walk into this wonderful automotive shop. From having a rental service there to take me to rent a car to the phone call from the owner Joe Yanessa, explaining to me what parts function in the brake section- in a definition I could understand to lastly receiving a letter and a phone call to ensure I was pleased with the results is what makes Solutions Automotive a place I can return for all my car's repairs. Being a woman and not knowing much about cars, I felt confident in what Joe said was wrong with my car's brakes, was indeed what needed to be done. There was not any unnecessary parts replaced.

My husband usually does most of our automotive work at home, however this time we had to have the entire engine replaced! We had taken our Tahoe to another place and they quoted us a very high price. Joe and his team were less expensive and delivered everything in just a few short days. Additionally, they keep us posted as to their progress and were very upfront about everything that had to be done. Honesty goes a long way!
Even after everything was done, they called several times later to make sure we were happy with our service and sent us coupons for free oil changes.

I would definitely recommend them and go there again. Fair guy, called me in advance to get ok once he evaluated the situation. I had shopped around a little once I knew what he was proposing, and he was still the better price all the way around. I was not surprised of the need for rotors of my car given what I was experiencing while braking. He provided options for repair but I decided that it was best to just replace all 4 rotors at that time instead of waiting on replacing two of them. Delivered on time as promised and I'm happy overall with his work. They do overall automotive repair, transmissions, suspension, AC/heat, engine work etc.
I was recommended to Joe from a friend of mine, and I'm thankful that I took the recommendation. So to pay it forward, if you need your car worked on, I would recommend Solutions Automotive. Thank you Joe, much appreciated!

Solutions Automotive came very highly recommended and the recommendation was deserved. The original estimate was half od the dealers cost at $1,200. When coming to get the car, the bill was $150 LESS than what they estimated. They discovered a couple of items that ended up not being required and had reduced the cost. In addition, the mini turbo's consume a little oil and they threw in a extra quart so I could top it off for free.
Honesty in auto service is rare, and I am thrilled to have found a mechanic I feel I can trust.

They have almost always been half the price of every quote I received. They are very flexible with our schedule when the initial engine block was not found.

They are always honest, they provide different solutions, and they get back to me promptly.

Owner is honest and a nice guy...will tell you straight up how much it's going to cost and whether it's worth it. I was trying to decide whether to keep the car and fix it or get a new car.
