Signature Custom Home Painting

Absolutely wonderful!!! David and his crews did an incredible job bring our new home to life. They were great to work with, very helpful and respectful. Whenever a large size job is done there are always little things that can trip you up. The guys handled the little things, even running to Home Depot to pick up the right size of ceiling fan rod since the one I bought was too big. Would definitely use them again and will recommend them to all my friends.

I've used him for entire house remodels and he does exceptional work. Everything with this company is A++.  They deserve the highest rating possible. They are very clean.  Anytime the are working inside, they cover all personal possessions to make sure nothing gets dust on it.  All their work is done very, very well.

It was good quality work and they cleaned up really well when they were finished. They weren't reliable as far as when they were coming. A couple of times, they missed the appointment all together.

For the most part they did good work. BUT two concerns for anyone thinking of using this provider. One when i talked with David he assured me they could start on a certain date. After everything was signed it was moved back a week, a bit frustrating and likely a warning of things to come.
My bigger concerns were with the quality and professionalism, specifically
1) Our antique grandfather clock had paint dripped on it; keep in mind i took all the guts out so they could move it out of the way and cover it. Never fixed.
2) Spots where they taped a corner the tape still shows through - never fixed
3) Spots where they were suppose to remove wallpaper, then prep and paint. were not stripped - never fixed 
4) a few other minor things
All of these items were detailed to David via pictures in an email; several attempts by phone an email were first full of excuses from 2 different vacations, on one ocasssion he offered on a friday afternoon to send someone Saturday when we already committed to go out of town. Since then phone calls and emails have been unanswered.
When i get the outside painted and my other homes renovated be assured i'll take my chances with some one else.

Fantastic, had a crew busy for two weeks. The majority of time was spent on prep work, making lots of repairs in the process. After 25 years, and getting the foundation work done, there was a lot to do and we were extremely pleased. Their final walk through caught more than we had even noticed. Everything was done, and done great.

Not real great. The painters were good, but the prep on the surface was less than good. These guys came highly recommended and I had high expectations as the paint job seemed so much better than the peeling paint we had. I am more than certain I will be repainting this house in less than a year. Lots of promises about how when I complained of the undone prep work, I was told to just let them work and do their thing and that painting is a process and I would be happy. Well, I am not so happy.
Also, they advertise a "senior discount," well, the only discount I got was a just barely acceptable job. The crew that did the work were good hard working men, but the management is way out of their league on handling the work they are doing.

They gave me a quote of $ 3500. Their focus is painting for sale and not just painting parts of the house which is what I actually wanted them to do. They were very responsive but their work was not just not the level of what I wanted which I was I never chose them for the final job.

I was excited about having Signature Painting doing the painting for my new home as I had heard good reviews from a friend. Being in the process of purchasing a new home and getting ready for the move, I became stressed during the process of having the painting done. Kelly assured me that all would well and that if I did have concerns after the job was completed that they would be addressed. She was right, I was and still am very happy with the quality of the painting. There was not a thing that needed to be addressed after they completed.

I would have to say this was one of the most pleasant experiences of home maintenance when we hired someone to do a large job on our home that we've ever experienced. Signature was one of 5 painting companies we called for estimates; of the 5, they were the most polite and professional---we had one other company get angry with us when we didn't sign on the dotted line the same moment they finished the estimate--not Signature--their estimate was *truly* NO pressure. Once we decided to hire them, based on their professionalism and price that no one else could match---the workers who came were respectful, quiet and VERY polite. The treated my home not merely like a job--but with respect and when they were done with the job, one couldn't even tell they were here as they cleaned up everything behind them and all that was left was the beautiful, clean paint job that makes my home look brand new.
Communication with them was EASY. Never was I made to feel like I was bothering them for asking questions--and when there was a time in the 2 day period they were here that I felt something needed extra attention--NO QUESTIONS ASKED--they were up there, taking care of what I wanted them to look at, and at no extra cost to me as it was merely part of their 'concierge' service (as I call it :). What else can you call it when you're completely taken care of and with friendly courtesy...?
I would most definitely hire this company again. Their cost was more than fair, I could talk to them about the important things that affect my *home*, and things were done in a timely, clean and efficient manner.

Great! David and his crew were professional. Prompt and willing to answer questions and help guide me when trying to coordinate colors.

David and Signature Custom Home Painting did a fantastic job! I was very pleased with the final product. They had 3 men on the job and got it done in two days.
We have recently refinished wood floors. I was concerned they would get "dinged" and "dented" with all of them coming in and out. Before I could bring my concern to David, they laid down mats to protect my floors and covered everything with plastic (even stuff that I thought was well outside the work area). I could see that they had just as much concern for my things as I had. This was something I did not expect given my past experience with contractors.

Awesome! the men were always on time, very polite and deaden up ever day. The best complement i get is when people tell me the walls look like they've  always been there!.
