The work was completed in three days and the back of the car looks better than it did before the accident. Wael Bichara was our Service Advisor and was a pleasure to deal with. He explained exactly what would be done and kept us up to date during the repair via text messages. When my wife went to pick up the car he unloaded all of her bags from the rental to her car and was a perfect gentleman. This is our second time using this location, and fourth time overall with Service King and have always had excellent service.

I was told over and over again that my insurance representative would be right with me and they left me waiting, so I left.

In a very courteous and professional manner, the estimator advised me on alternatives to a total paint job on my truck.



He discouraged me on a total repaint and instead advised a less costly solution, which sent me elsewhere for minimal painting and detail buffing.



If I ever do need paint or body work, I'll come back!

Very professional group of people. Although we did not end up doing any repairs there (because the car was totaled by the insurance company) both John and Wael were very helpful and responsive.
