They come out quarterly and clean our system and always leave a hanger that they have come.  We have had no issues and when we have had septic issues they responded immediately and fixed the problem.

Having received a rebate offer from the North Texas Council of
Governments, we decided to have an underground tornado shelter installed
at our home in Plano. We researched the different types of shelters
available, and settled on the concrete type. We were attracted to Texas
Tornado Storm Shelters in McKinney due to their sale price on a 6'x8'
shelter. Texas Tornado Storm Shelters is a division of Septic Solutions
of McKinney. When Chris came out to do the measurements to make sure the
shelter would fit on our small lot, we discovered that it would not. We
then opted for the 5'x7' flat top shelter, and in hindsight we are glad
to have chosen this shelter even though it is more expensive than the
larger shelter due to the fact that it is installed deeper underground
and the top is basically flush with ground level. A permit is required
to install a shelter in Plano, and Chris spent countless hours preparing
the papers which helped us obtain the necessary permit and HOA
approval.
After a couple of false starts due to a delivery problem and the
weather, we now have our shelter installed. Chris is amazing with his
Bobcat machinery which has multiple attachments, including a high
powered jack hammer which was needed when he hit rock a few feet down.
The installation went smoothly, and we were all amazed at how the
shelter was shoehorned into our small area. There was no room for error,
and none was made.
Tiffany, the office manager was extremely helpful throughout the process
as well. I know that many other companies would have dropped our
project because it was too difficult and time consuming, but Texas
Tornado Storm Shelters stuck with us, and we couldn't be happier with
our shelter.
I am confident that they bring this same work ethic and professionalism to their Septic Solutions business as well.

I have had this company out a few times to clean tanks or do other work. I have been very happy with them all the way around.

We have been very pleased with them. We pay a yearly service and they come out quarterly. They are local. We had a bad company previously so we had them come out for one service and were pleased with them so we signed up for long term service.

This was the third septic company that I've used, and it's been a good experience thus far. The price was a bit high, but they were very prompt, thorough, and professional. In fact, we signed a maintenance contract with them because they did such good work.

Everything went well. They did the work exactly as promised, provided a thorough estimate and stuck to it, and did a good job with the installation. It passed inspection without any problems.

Excellent! I first posted a review of Septic Solutions a year ago when we first purchased our new home. The previous owners had always used another company but when Septic Solutions came out to inspect the system and found many problems that the previous company never addressed we decided to sign with them and see how it worked out. So, it's been a year now and they are still awesome. We purchased the Gold Plan and it has really come in handy. Last week the alarm went off on the system, my husband gave them a call and they were very prompt in getting out to our house. One of the wires had shorted out on the aeration system and the Technician (who's been there over 20 years) had it fixed in a jiffy. I also told him about a leak that appeared in the pasture where one of the 3 sprinkler heads are for the septic system. He took a walk out there and found a hairline crack, caused by the freeze a couple of weeks ago he said, and replaced it with a new head. Total due...$0. We plan to be with Septic Solutions for many years to come.

We were able to get an appointment that wasn't far away, the men came on the appointed day, within the appointed time frame. During all the time they were here, they were uniformly knowledgable and efficient, and dealt with the vagaries of a system installed very soon after they were newly required to be used.

We purchased a new home with an aerobic septic system and needed to purchase a new contract per state and local regulations. The previous owner had used another company out of Copeville for 5 years. Since I always use Angie's List to shop for contractors I used it to locate a company with an 'A' rating. Septic Solutions came out, were very punctual, and very professional. Funny thing is they found lots of things wrong with the system. Now, you'd think, 'well, they're just trying to gouge you for money', except that we watched as he did these repairs and Kelly (the tech) showed us what was wrong, and explained what likely caused the damage. The old septic company had just been out to 'service' this system a few months earlier and there's no way all of these things happened in a matter of a few months. Anyway, we felt like the $495.00 was very reasonable considering the work that needed to be done and the parts that needed to be replaced. We'd also like to mention that Septic Solutions was recommended to us by friends who had also used them. We are very happy with Septic Solutions out of McKinney, TX and plan to be with them for many years to come.

We recently relocated to the area and we are required by the town that we reside, to have a contract with a company to maintain/inspect our septic system. There are not many companies of that type listed on Angie's List. We decided to use Septic Solutions.

Their employees are very nice but every time they come out here for some reason or another they cannot complete the job and must return at a later date. Their last visit, they were to pump out our septic tank. They did not have enough hoses to reach from the street (their truck) to our septic system. They cannot return to actually do the pump out for another month! I had already waited one month for this scheduled pump out. I contracted for the most expensive of their maintenance plans, but I was told I would just have to wait until they have an opening in their schedule....

Two other visits required return trips because the job was bigger than they anticipated (they got in a time bind) or they did not bring all the needed equipment. Again, they are very nice and polite but it just gets old when they are not able to get their act together.

When our contract is up, at this point, I believe we will have to switch to another company. Perhaps other companies out there will not be much better, but I am willing to try someone else.

I sough Septic Solutions out for a routine pump-out of my septic tanks as part of normal maintenance. When they arrived, however, it was clear that the pump had failed on the greywater tanks had failed. Further investigation showed that the alarm on the control box had not gone off because it was malfunctioning as well. The team on-site did not have the equipment to fix everything (it was just a pump truck) but they did manage to get the greywater tank pump fixed and completed the pump-out. We agreed to have a service tech return to re-wire the system and replace the floats which was done. In both cases - the initial pump out and the repair - the company arrived on-time and was professional about the work. The Septic Solutions Scheduler was knowledgeble about what needed to be done and the quote was on the money. I had just hoped it woudn't have been so expensive. What started out to be routine maintenance turned into a costly repair but it was all valid. I guess I was just lucky I caught it when I did. My only negative comment was that the technician that came back to rewire the system did not seem to have complete knowledge of my specific system. We actually left the job "open" due to some irregularities in the control box alarm until the tanks filled up again. It turned out the technician's "hunch" was correct but this was somewhat troubling at the time. I would recommend them again as a "full service" septic company.

Our Aerobic Septic System wasn't working properly. We had a couple of sprinkler heads that were not working properly. A very professional representative came out to service our system. He fixed the sprinkler heads and serviced the system. He also offered some very good advice on the upkeep our our system. Our system is working great now. I would recommend this company.
