Mr. Jackson was very friendly and reasonable to deal with.  He gave me a very competitive quote and even offered to come over on Saturday morning on the day before Mother's day.  On the day of service, he and his father showed up promptly at 9AM and set up.  They were very courteous and friendly.  They did a phenomenal job cleaning.  At the time there were many stains in the carpet from our little ones getting sick.  They got everything out and left the place spotless.  They cleaned their way out the door and even made sure there was no mess left afterwards from the cleaning equipment.  Great family owned business, with excellent service and attention to detail.  I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Very pleased with service.  Chris Taylor did a great job from start to finish.  He was courteous, called to let us know when he was going to be there, arrived on time, did a great job cleaning the carpets.  We had one room carpet that was awful, we are planning on replacing it soon, hadn't even planned on cleaning it.  Chris offered to do it for $35.   He did such a great job on it that it might be harder to convince my husband we need to replace it!
