ROVER RESORT

Actually, we just picked them up today. They stayed there ten days. For boarding both of the dogs, it was about $950 I think. There's lots of people who take care of the animals; five, ten maybe. They take them outside and play with them, they bathe them before you come and pick them up, they feed them, they'll even post pictures of them on their Facebook page so you can peek in at them while you're on vacation. They also keep up with your shot records and everything and tell you if your dog needs to get something before they come to stay. I like the attention they give your dogs and the fact that our dogs love going there. They seem to be a company that really loves animals.

Loved it! Would highly recommend! Great accommodations, animals are well cared for, and you are not nickled and dimed with hidden extra fees. Our dog was happy and well taken care of during her visit.

We like them because they have a wonderful facility. They pay special attention. They play with them. They have what they call playtime. They throw the ball around and stuff and they'll put certain dogs in the yard together that they know will get along. They are great. I have never had a boarding place like this. It  is not like he goes into a kennel, they actually have these little rooms with outdoor access into a caged area and then there is a gate there where they let them out whenever there is somebody out there with them. It is really awesome. They are out in the country. We go out of town most holidays and they always take him in and he loves to go there. We are already scheduled for the next holiday. As far as getting in, if you don't schedule ahead of time then it is really hard to get in. It is really tight on the schedules. We schedule a year ahead for Christmas.

Our three dogs always have a terrific time here and we know they are in excellent hands.  The facilities are excellent and the staff is very nice.  A nice feature is that the dogs receive a complimentary bath with each boarding visit.  Rover Resort is the only choice for us when we go on vacation.  Zoey, Murphy and Foxie definitely approve!!

They are terrific. They are just great. We could not be happier. That place is amazing.

It went great. The animals were well cared for and had a good stay. The staff posted pictures on their facebook page so we could see them while we were away.

This was an amazing experience--my dogs loved it so much they didn't want to go home! They were put into a 5' X 8' room cimate-controlled room with a doggie door to a private patio. They were fed and given medications on a schedule I provided. They were played with and socialized several times a day. There were no surprises, the staff was friendly and very familiar with the breed characteristics.

It's a wonderful place because I wouldn't leave my dog anywhere. I just couldn't recommend them enough. The owner just loves animals and they play with my dogs all day. They feed them throughout the day and they do a great job grooming. You can say that they just love animals. They show you their facilities as well.

Our family took a trip to Florida and our 1-year-old bullmastiff, Georgia, needed a safe place to stay. She had never been kenneled or stayed away from us, so I was very concerned about finding a place where she would get plenty of TLC and be well-cared for during the time we were away. We looked at several places but Rover Resort really grabbed our attention. Unlike many other service providers, the Rover Resort is all-inclusive in its care. Instead of charging per time out to play, for example, all dogs get a minimum of 3-4 times out in the exercise yard each day. The pricing is very reasonable and it was nice to know that even during the non-business hours, there is a caretaker on the property looking after the animals. The place was spotless, the animals all appeared happy, the rooms they stay in are good-sized and have individual, private, fenced-in patios so the dogs can go in and out as they please. Also, the patios are next to each other, so they can socialize. Also, there was alot of care in grouping the dogs for playtime. The handlers carefully introduced the dogs to each other, took them out a few at a time, and paid attention to who matched-up well as good playmates for future playtimes. They also give all dogs a bath (at no additional fee) if they stay for more than 3 days. Georgia was happy, healthy, and smelled great when I came to pick her up. The girls were patient in giving me updates when I called to check on her and because I wasn't worried, I was able to enjoy my vacation all the more. I told my children that Georgia was at summer camp for dogs...and she really was. We will definately use Rover Resort again in the future!

Marlow, our dog, was treated very well, above and beyond what we were expecting. He suffers from separation anxiety and they made sure that he had the TLC that he needed so there was no sign of this when we picked him up. In fact, during a foot massage, he fell asleep. Rover Resort is a wonderful place if you need to board you pet for any reason. They really care about your pet and take care of all their needs.

We visited many boarding kennels in Dallas for one we trusted to give our pet loving care. This one topped them all! They obviously love dogs. I was hospitalized while on vacation and we had to stay a few days longer than expected. They assured us "Nugget" would be well cared for until we got back. They even began mixing her food with a similar one of theirs since we did not bring enough for the stay. She had a nice air conditioned room with a doggie door leading to an enclosed porch. There were two daily playtimes with dogs of equal temperament and she LOVED the nature walks. When we picked her up, she was glad to see us, but reluctant to leave - our assurance that she had a GREAT time. Rover Resort is the only kennel we would consider again and it is well worth the drive from our house.

I am so impressed with this facility. The facility is beautifully planned and maintained. All animals are treated with kindness and respect. Careful records of health and immunizations are kept to ensure the health of all of the boarders. The play yards, one for small dogs and one for large dogs, are enormous. The dogs are always supervised when out in the yards. Their kennels are kept squeaky clean. My dog's bedding is always returned freshly washed. I would recommend this facility to anyone.
