Roman Concrete

No communication and job was done poorly. Stamped concrete is falling apart and I'm searching for another company to fix their work. Stay away.

Never heard back from them

We have been in contact with this provider for almost a month now. Not returned calls, full voicemail, have left multiple messages with several people. We called the main office even and their voicemail was full! We were provided an estimate and nothing else. When we called stating we had a start date and time, they could find nothing on their schedules even. Horrible customer service.

His prices are fair and the work quality is good. Our front walk looks great. For small jobs like ours, sometimes you do have to wait a little while until he can fit it in between bigger jobs, but I think that's typical of most trades. Once they do schedule the job, they show and work hard until they are finished.

Today, a month later job is not scheduled. Every time I called, I get false promises and more excuses.

It was great, perfect. The guys were good. They showed up when they were supposed to. They cleaned up the mess. They completed the job in a very timely manner, especially given the crazy weather we've been having.

They went above and beyond. The work was very difficult and they did a great job.

Juan Jose was really nice when he and his son came over and did an estimate. The quoted price was good so we decided to give them the work. I needed to have some fence work done before the concrete work and we had some rain so the concrete work was delayed a few weeks as a result. Two-weeks before everything was in place (fence and weather cooperating), I called them to start the work. On the phone, he said he'd be here on such-and-such day, only to be no-showed. This dance of me calling, Juan saying they'll start, and the inevitable no-show happened literally five times. I am a patient person but it unfortunately took five times and a warning letter from my HOA before I took the hint that these Juan cannot be trusted. The HOA sent me a letter because part of the project had already started and the next step was to get the concrete poured; projects such as this need to be finished within a month from start to finish. Shame on me for not checking Angie's List first. Save yourself the hassle and avoid these amateurs; we all work too hard to be jerked around like this and spend too much money for this type of unprofessionalism.
