Folks let me tell you, if you’re looking for quality wood, at good prices, excellent delivery service excellent communication, caring, clean, and on time, you cannot beat this company. Randy and Debbie are two of the most hardest working quality people I’ve met in a long time! They communicated with me throughout the entire process... You will not be disappointed, please don’t buy out all the cherry or pecan or pinion wood, save some for me for next time.

The firewood delivery went very well and the firewood is high quality. Additionally, the price is fair, the ordering process was efficient, the wood was delivered as promised and it was delivered on relatively short notice.

Angie's List description says that Visa and Mastercard are accepted, but when I got to the lot to purchase/pickup, I was informed that they don't take credit cards. They have an ATM on site that charges $2 to get cash. Contacted Angie's List about the discrepancy and they said they don't control that description info--they get the info from the business itself, so they said I'll have to take it up with the business. FYI, I mentioned to Randy that I got the recommendation for his business from Angie's List and mentioned the credit card description thing to him when on site and he didn't seem to know much about it or Angie's List. Now I'm wondering whether or not the CC thing is just a simple oversight, or a ploy to make some extra $ by saying on Angie's List that V/MC are accepted when in reality, they are not, at least on the lot. I believed my oak firewood to be average--I realize no cord is perfect, there will always be a few undesirable pieces, but I thought I had too many pieces that were crumbling, or had fungus on them, were caked in dirt, or were just simply odd shaped. Maybe just got an off-cord. I had to sweep a lot of debris out of the truck bed after unloading. Again, maybe I got on off-batch. Service onsite was professional, friendly, and helpful. Best part of the experience.

The firewood purchase was, perhaps, the best experience we've had in 20+ years. It was very easy to schedule an appointment for delivery just one business day after I first made contact. The two-man crew unloaded the wood, moved it all by hand to our backyard and neatly stacked it on our wood rack. I especially liked that the wood was cut to 18" lengths. Firewood that we bought in the past from other sources was often too big for the size of our firebox. This is a very convenient size for our needs.
