Chris Young and partner, Mark Salter, agreed to cut down a large dead oak from our property and remove the stump by grinding. They came on 4-22-2014 to do the project but they did not bring a stump grinder. They cut the tree down and demanded full payment for the project with a promise to return and grind the stump. They never came back to finish the project. I called every day for 4 weeks to Chris Young at 972-835-5680 with no luck in getting a date for stump grinding. Natalie Young answered the phone and stated Chris was out oof town and did not know when he would be back. 2 months later I have not heard from Chris Young.
I will never pay for a job in full again until the project is done.
