The best! Shawn is very friendly and knowledgeable. He will go above and beyond to help, that is just the type of person he is. He did excellent work and even explained the ins and outs of the issue we were having. I trust him whole-heartedly and will absolutely use Pure Power in the future.

First off he was late for an 8:30am appointment. I was looking for someone to clean up years of old wires that were on the outside of my house. My husband spoke to him and unfortunately let him start working. Long story short, he ended up cutting our internet line. Both my husband and I work from home and instead of apologizing he tells my husband to call our provider and have them fix it (as if its no big deal) then when I ask him what he did he looks at me and goes "Um, um ... ummmm I was just doing what I was told." Then he tells my husband for the inconvenience he is only going to charge us $100. Still waiting for a PROFESSIONAL to come fix his mistake and we have to take PTO cause we have no internet. I STRONGLY recommend using a different company.

Pure power did great work for a reasonable cost that gave us much improved lighting for our parking lot providing optimum safety and visibility for us. Their service was so good that we have now agreed with Pure Power to do all off our church building electrical work.

I gave him a list of things that needed to be repaired and as he was fixing them he found other problems that I didn't even tell him about. With my approval he fixed them in a short amount of time. Shawn is a Master Electrian which is very important when it comes to electrical. Had Electrian in pass that where not Master & had problems. Shawn is very professional & thorough.
