I realize how important the purchase of a new home is and, as a retired engineer with 30 years of experience, I take pride in providing a detailed report on each property. I am licensed to do both Home and Termite (WDI) Inspections, and am certified in Residential Thermography, Pool and Septic systems. Pat is meticulous, thoroughly checking every aspect of the house he's inspecting. He took the time to help us prioritize in the order of importance what needed to fixed and why, as well as what can wait and be updated over time. We bought a very old home, which can look very scary on an inspection report. Pat set our minds at ease and helped us understand our new home. He showed us and explained what was important to bring up to today's codes for safety without overwhelming us. He is personable, as well as professional. I would highly recommend and definitely use again.
