Complaints have been filed with the state of Texas.  Sold me American Standard AC units, showed up with ComfortMaker.  First one installed was very noisy and I complained immediately.  Assured me they would work with Mfg to exchange it, but never did, kept putting me off.  
Installed 2 new AC systems.  Found out after the job was done that he only provided one 16" return upstairs for the 4 ton system (2000 square feet), which means it is only running at 50% capacity.  He will not respond or send anyone to repair it.
Did not have everything done or correct then demanded final payment right after a lung cancer surgery.  
Turned upstairs water on without it being terminated and it flooded our downstairs kitchen ceiling, which he left for us to repair.  Beat large 2x2 feet sections of sheetrock out of walls to run gas line.  Drilled 2.5" holes in plate (basically whole plate) to run 1" lines.  
Initially hooked up hot water in cold water loop.  Had to have that resolved.
Gas lines were not capped off on valves, propane company had to inspect and take care of it themselves.
Drain ran to septic, put in a 90 for some reason instead of going straight to it.  Had to have them cut down the top as it was sticking way up out of the ground.
Left covers off of AC/Heat units and will not come back to fix them.
Ran Red Pex for cold water and Blue Pex for hot water.
Ran plumbing lines directly over electrical light fixtures in the ceiling.
Hooked up whole home water filter and softener, and left a terrible hole in the sheetrock for us to fix.  Lines do not look professional and did not put professional valves as promised.
