They do not honor their warranty. The customer service is terrible. We have huge ruts where they chip sealed our driveway and will not come back and fix it. We are suppose to have a 2 year warranty. We have been working on this since March. They now wonâ t return our calls or answer our texts. I would definitely NOT recommend this company to do any work.

This company was hired in Jan of 2024 to do a chip & seal job on a driveway. We were told the "new" driveway would have defined edges, no weeds would grow up within the road and it would last many many years. We were told they would be back with 30 days of the install for a follow up. After a couple of months and no contact with Premier Paving I started attempting to contact the company. After many phone calls and text messages I finally got a hold of Lee (supposedly one of the owners). He assured me that they would take care of any issues we were having. My road has weeds growing up in the middle of the drive and the edges are far from defined as the weeds/grass is growing everywhere. I was told that we did not need any base work done prior to the chip seal, they scraped up the crushed asphalt that was previously installed on my drive and went back down with the chip & seal process. The first time I pulled my RV on the driveway it made huge ruts in the drive, nearly to the point the RV nearly got stuck. The ruts were at least 8-10" deep and probably 10-15 feet long. After sending pictures to Lee, he again assured me they would take care our driveway. We were told the repairs would have to wait until the spring rains were over before they could do my repair. Fast forward to June and July and guess what....still waiting on repairs. I was told on July 15 the tank they use to will be fixed this week and that we are on the schedule for the week of July 22nd. The week came and went and once again for work was done and there was no communication with Lee or any one. Now they will not return my calls or text messages. I have numerous pictures to show the ruts in my driveway if there is a way to upload them to the review. I would NOT recommend this company to do any work of any kind.
