How did it go? Not well. At the time of installation, they damaged the electrical connection to my pool equipment. They wanted to debate with me whether it was their fault. They hired an electrician who gave an inconclusive report. In an effort to be fair, I offered to split the cost of the repair ($300) with them.
Just recently my neighbor discovered that they broke a water line when drilling for new fence posts. It's clearly broken and they clearly poured concrete on it. My neighbor pursued correction with Precision Fencing and was told that ownership came to the conclusion that according to the contract fixing the pipe was my responsibility.
I wouldn't use them again or recommend them, which means "F" in my book. Their responsiveness to issues is very poor and their willingness to accept responsibility is non-existent. There are better businesses to work with.
