Stay away! Lack of character, inadequate at his job, and will over charge you. Bad combination. I called Precise Plumbing needing an estimate to repair a slab leak. John was supposed to arrive at my home between 3-5 pm. He did not arrive til after 11 pm. Due to the fact that I had to take my family elsewhere, I needed John to go ahead get the process going that night. So, John began working to find the slab leak detect that night. He told me he located it and gave me the invoice, that I was completely unaware I had to pay for on the spot. Wheww!! $809!! After the fact and after conversing with other plumbers, I came to the understanding that he wildly over charged me for the slab leak detect. Most charged around $300-$350. That's price gouging!! John and the office would not answering my calls or returning my messages after that evening. The worst part, the location in which he marked the leak was off by 3 feet. I had to pay another plumber almost $750 in tunnelling fees due to his inability to do his job correctly. Be aware!
