I called Mike when I noticed my roof had signs of damage. He came over the same day to assess the issues. I felt I was in good hands from the start. Mike's a professional and treats you with respect. He was present when my insurance assessor came over to review the roof and damage. The insurance guy agreed with all of Mike's assessments after being on the roof for about 10-15 minutes. He asked Mike how much he would charge me for an upgraded roof. After Mike told him how much, he turned to me and said "I would take him up on that if I were you." That whole process went way smoother than I anticipated. Mike has a great personality, cares about his customer, and explains every step of the job to make sure you understand what is going on. He called right back every time I left a message or text with a question. He also was on top of things. He knows roofing and is very professional. Replacing a roof is a huge deal and he made it go super smooth. I like how he anticipates your concerns and carefully explains everything. He really works for you. His crew is super and finished the job in two days and cleaned up really good afterwards. After a year, I look back on a great roofing job and would recommend PM Roofing to any close family and friends of mine.
