House Cleaning
This is an update to my 2/17/07 report. I have used the service weekly for one month and the honeymoon is over. The quality of cleaning has been steadily declining each week. The last cleaning done on 03/07 left my kitchen table and counters caked with food, among other oversights. I contacted the owner that afternoon by phone and by email and asked for either a re-clean or a discount on the next cleaning. I have not heard back from them (needless to say, they did not do a re-clean). I will no longer be using this company and can no longer recommend them.

"UNFORTUNATELY WHAT MRS. FRAZIER SAYS IS TRUE. WE HIRED A WOMAN TO CLEAN FOR US AND DID NOT REALIZE THAT NOT ONLY WAS SHE DOING A BAD JOB, BUT SHE WAS ALSO TAKING HER DAUGHTER ALONG WITH HER. NEEDLESS TO SAY SHE NO LONGER WORKS FOR US. THAT BEING SAID, WE DID OFFER TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM ALMOST IMMEDIATELY. WE CONTACTED MRS. FRAZIER WITHIN 1 HOUR AFTER RECEIVING HER E-MAIL AND OFFERED TO COME BACK AND RE-CLEAN OR CLEAN FOR FREE THE NEXT TIME SHE WAS ON THE SCHEDULE. SHE DECIDED TO GO ANOTHER DIRECTION, AND WE RESPECT THAT DECISION, BUT THE OFFER STILL STANDS, AND ANY TIME SHE IS INTERESTED WE WOULD BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO COME IN AND CLEAN HER HOME AGAIN."
