Contractor did not do the job on date scheduled but delayed. Completion was okay. Contractor left a good deal of concrete scraps in area, requiring me to clean it up. He promised to return to complete finish work in a week's time. He never came back. Concrete has cracked in one place. Multiple telephone calls have resulted in no response.
