They're a little more expensive. I don't mind paying more so it's done correctly. They were late and it took forever to get the car out. They say it's ready and you wait for another 30 minutes.

After getting routine maintenance done they lost my car. It took the, over an hour to find it and the. It wasn't washed. I think to are too busy for their own good and too many people get lost in the cracks.

The service manager was rude and condescending. My wife ask a simple question and the service manager insulted her. Other patrons came to her defense and the service manager back off.

The general experience was okay. It was a big place with many people, so waiting was expected. The service was done by professionals so I didn't have to worry about the quality. They washed the van after the service which was nice. I also asked for a quote for alignment. They told me it would be $99 and I thought it was a little high. Other shops offer alignment service for $69. I showed them the coupon but they don't match other competitors coupons. So I did the oil change without alignment.
