They’re okay.  I’m not as excited about them and their quality is not the best.  I just find that they miss a lot of the weeds while getting the weeds pulled.  They trim my grass one day and then they do my hedges another.  So I never really see the yard altogether nice.  One minute the grass is cut and the next minute the hedges are trimmed, but the grass is long.  So they don’t synchronize their work and I’m constantly disappointed.  I’m looking for a new provider quite frankly.  It will be nice to have somebody who’s got really good feedback.  The price I pay is a monthly fee.

We had used The Otherside Landscaping since moving to McKinney in 2010. The first year they did fine. The 2nd year we had to have the come back twice to redo the lawn as it was choppy and they didn't weed-wack or edge around the pool. The last 2 years they failed to place the padlock back on the gate and secure the backyard. We have 2 very large and smart dogs. They learned that they could jump on the gate and if it wasn't padlocked the gate would eventually swing open. This happened 3 times last year and after the 3rd mowing this year. Twice they were picked up by Animal Control and I had to pay $35 per dog. The Otherside Landscaping never once offer to reimburse me for the cost. The other two times neighbors found them. We cancelled our service with them this year after the last incident and would not use them again.

We had a hard time with a lot of other companies, they've been the only one that's been able to really keep the yard up and do a good job year after year. We like the general quality of their work.

We have used these folks for 5+ years. Over the last several years, they demand money in a manner that makes one think they do not trust you. The last job had one main issue. They removed a lawn lighting control box from the brick wall and just left it on the ground. I called them and still have No reply. They are very quick to ask for $$$$ but very slow to call you back and follow-up on issues or service requests. There are too many other folks doing this to put up with such poor service. They just lost a good, long term customer. It is likely they could care less.

Overall, I've been very satisfied with The Other Side Landscaping.

I have only had a little experience with them but they have seemed fine so far. The owner of the business lived in about four houses down the street from me. I saw the sign on the side of his truck and decided to hire him. I also saw his yard and it looked nice.

They do our yard work and landscaping. They do a fantastic job. The Other Side will even come out and trim trees.
