Great, the Orkin representative was very helpful and informative.  He took the time to make sure all of our concerns were met and that we did everything he could ensure complete customer satisfaction.  The pricing for the initial visit is definitely a bit high, but the recurring treatments seem to be about the same as competitors.  If the recurring treatments go as well as the first visit, it is definitely worth it.

Their pricing is reasonable. They come out when I call them when I have a specific problem so they're very good.

They were excellent.

It cost $62 per month but I have recently cancelled them because I am looking for ways to cut down on my expenses. However, I have been very happy with them but I think that their price is a little high.

We are a customer of their pest control for several years - that part is really good. They always call before they come and seem to do a good job. I would not recommend the wildlife part. We have had trouble with animals in our attic, and they are very inconsistent in keeping their dates and going after work. We have been waiting for a month now for them to come back and finish what they had said they were going to do. The wildlife branch is very erratic with their work. The price for the regular service is about $90 every two months. The wildlife portion of the work is under a contract for probably over $1000. Because of our experience with the wildlife branch of it, when our contract comes up for renewal, we will probably look for somebody else.

I have been using them for about eleven years and I’ve been happy with them. It’s a large company that has been around for many years so I feel comfortable with them. They come by appointment, especially if they are coming into the house.

I used another company before using them but Orkin does a far better job controlling insects in my home than they ever did. Their pricing is very reasonable and I am very satisfied with them.

We haven't had any problems since they have been spraying. They come on time and remind us when we are due for service again. I found the company on the internet. They are not the cheapest but they are reasonable and they get the job done. They wear uniforms when they come and are very professional.

EVERY PERSON THAT HAS TREATED OUR HOUSE HAS BEEN VERY FRIENDLY. THEY DO HAVE A BIG TURN AROUND ON THEIR PERSONNEL. THE TREATMENTS WORK PRETTY GOOD, BUT DO NOT ELIMINATE EVERYTHING.

ORKIN DID NOT GET RID OF THE ANIMAL IN THE ATTIC. WE STILL HEAR THE SOUNDS. SOME OF THIS MAY NOT BE THEIR PROBLEM, BUT MORE TO DO WITH THE ROOF. OVERALL, THEY DID THEIR JOB. WE DID NOT CONTINUE WITH THEM SINCE THEIR PRICES WERE INCREASING AND WE DID NOT SEE MUCH BENEFIT.

ORKIN HAS BEEN GREAT ABOUT COMING OUT IF WE HAVE ANY PROBLEMS. THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND ALWAYS WILLING TO GIVE US INFORMATION.

WE PAID THEM OVER MANY MONTHS, ONLY TO HAVE OUR INSECT AND MICE PROBLEMS INCREASE RATHER THAN DECREASE. THE COMPANY WILL INCONVENIENCE YOU IN NOT SHOWING UP FOR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS. THEIR TECHNICIAN IS LAZY, AND YOU WILL HAVE TO COMPLAIN TO GET HIM TO SOLVE PROBLEMS. FOR EXAMPLE, WE HAD NUMEROUS MICE PROBLEMS, BUT THE TECHNICIAN WOULD NOT LOOK IN THE ATTIC UNTIL I COMPLAINED NUMEROUS TIMES, INCLUDING CALLING THE CORPORATE OFFICE TWICE. WHEN YOU TELEPHONE THE BRANCH OFFICE, THE MANAGERS ARE RUDE. IN OUR CASE, WE PAID AN EXTRA $87.68 WITHOUT SERVICE JUST TO TERMINATE OUR OBLIGATION OR CONTRACT. YOU WILL REGRET HIRING THIS BRANCH OF ORKIN. THEY DO POOR WORK, ONLY CARE ABOUT GETTING PAID, AND WILL ARGUE WITH YOU WHEN YOU COMPLAIN ABOUT SERVICES NOT RENDERED.
