Catastrophic would be the best way to describe their handiwork. First, we were told it would take 3 days to complete. After 3 weeks and a succession of errors and tardiness, the job had still not been completed. The owner sent subcontractors to the work, one of who broke a water pipe and reflooded our bathroom, and another who was making “precision” wood cuts with a dull pocket knife. I had to fire the entire crew but not before they had installed a new sink counter and shower into. Today, some years later, the entire sink and cabinet unit has separated from the wall leaving a half inch gap around the entire unit and a destroyed section of the exterior shower panel. I have to now hire someone else to repair the handiwork that Ole Handy Man did for us. At the time when I became angry about his inferior workmanship and suggested I would not be paying for all of work, the owner threatened to sue me...
