Even though we followed their instructions for protecting the palm, it died over the winter.  Once it was clear that the palm was dead, we spoke to someone at the firm who once again said that yes, they would replace it since they planted it. Subsequent calls and emails have not been answered. We've tried contacting the owner, Leo, by phone, left voice mails, sent emails and attempted to contact them on Facebook. They did not respond.  It is clear that they do not plan to honor their guarantee to replace the palm or refund our money.
We went to North Texas Palms because we like to support independent, family owned businesses.  Besides the fact that we were out the money for the palm and installation, we were very disappointed that they didn't even attempt to contact us.
