I called at 10:42 am on a Tuesday morning. The job was complete and they were on their way by 11:20 am that same day!!!! Obviously that is unusual and everything had to fall into place, but the receptionist was very responsive and communicated very well with me and the electrician! I will definitely call them before I call another electrician!

Technician questioned price that was negotiated for installing chandelier and dimmer. Wanted additional money for dimmer install until he was told price was already negotiated with dimmer over the phone with Nisat office. Installed chandelier perfectly. Claimed brand new digital dimmer that was provided was not working correctly. Pressured wife into purchasing overpriced analog dimmer from him. I do not consider that behavior very professional. This was the 2nd time I have used their service and this was a very basic install. Actual installation was good but professionalism was lacking. Will not hire again

eNick did a great job! He always answers the phone when I call to make an appt. He is always polite and will normally have time to schedule me within a week to week and a half. Once we schedule an appointment, he is always prompt, professional and gets the job done in a reasonable amount of time. He's a one man show and we have hired Nick at least 2-3 other times to do other electrical work. We won't hire anyone else! Nick is honest, professional, polite and always on time.

We dealt with Nafis who did a great job. He got everything done in a few hours, and we felt like the charge was very reasonable. I'd definitely call them again if we need any electrical work done.

Nick did a great job. He was punctual, polite, and did wonderful work at a reasonable price. He had to work outside in very cold conditions and would not take a break until we got our electricity back on. We definitely will use him again if we need any further electrical work. We also can highly recommend him personally and professionally.

Nick was easy to work with; showed up when he said he would; and he did an excellent job. He was also very clean.

Nick had quite a mess to cut these big, bulky fluoresant light fixtures out of the frames that had been build for them when the house was built. He did it with such efficiency and very little mess. He had to make new holes and rewire each place for every can light he installed - which was ten (10) lights.
After he finished installing the new lights, he sheet rocked all the holes and repaired all the ceiling mess and had it ready for painters to come in to paint.
Nick was very effecient, professional, personable, neat, considerate and very fair in his pricing.
We will hire Nick again in the near future and we are very satisfied with every aspect of his work. We would highly recommend Nick to any of our friends or family. Great service and great person.

Like a previous reviewer, I found Nisat through Red Beacon and I wound up at Red Beacon because Home Depot uses them to identify contractors for their customers and they contact Red Beacon with their handheld devices when you are buying the product. I am glad they did. I had several estimates submitted within less than a day through the Red Beacon program. After reviewing them and talking to two of the contractors, I selected Nisat. Glad I did. He wasn't the least expensive quote but his quote was fixed and others seemed a bit fuzzy. We spoke on the phone, confirmed the job parameter and price and he showed up on time when I needed him. He finished on time too and the job was very neatly done. He has all the necessary licenses and is a master electrician, not just a handyman. I appreciate skilled contractors and will continue to use his services.

I searched for an electrician on Angie's List and after contacting 5, I got either no response or unsatisfactory response. So a friend suggested RedBeacon, which is where I found Nisat Electric. (The link that RB emailed to me to write a review isn't working, so I am reviewing here instead.)
I submitted a job request to have an existing light fixture in my two story entry way replaced with a much larger chandelier that I purchased at Habitat for Humanity's ReStore and to have an improperly wired three-way switch at the top and bottom of my stairs corrected. I chose their bid on a Friday and they were available to do the work the following Monday. I had to work and wasn't able to be at the appointment so my mom met them at my house and most of this review is based on her impressions (and shes a tough customer). They showed up about 5 minutes early and helped her lure my dogs out to the backyard so they wouldn't be underfoot. The two jobs were completed in about an hour and fifteen minutes. My mom was most impressed with their attention to detail. For example, when putting the switch plates back on they made sure the tops of all of the screws were lined up vertically just because it looks neater. I am very pleased with their work and would definitely hire again.
(A note about RedBeacon: They do charge the professionals somewhere in the neighborhood of 25% and quot;commission.and quot; So if you find a company you like through there, contact them directly the next time you have a job for them.)
