National Property Inspections - Collin County

It went great.
This was the second time I needed to call him in the last few months.  The first house fell through and I couldn't imagine calling anyone else to do the second one.  He got me in quickly both times, within a day or two of me calling him.
He is a very nice and outgoing man.  Very thorough work.  He stayed until I was able to get there to show me any and all problems.  He suggested things to do on little problems that wouldn't be costly to me and told me I could call him anytime if I had questions about anything.  I met with him at 6pm and he told me I should get his type report with pictures sometime in the morning, so I was thinking 10 or so.  I got his email at 4am that morning.  I don't know if he doesn't sleep or wakes up way to early but it made things so much easier to be able to go over things first thing that morning and discuss them with the seller.
If I ever need to have another house inspected I will have no problem using him again!!!
