They did a great job for a reasonable price. Not only have I hired them moving forward, I would recommend them to friends.

Service was always dependent on who they sent, which varied. We finally settled on the one service tech we liked and used her for quite a long time at her home. I was told she wasn't available to clean my office when I wanted it done (which she later told me was incorrect.) She left the company recently and while I wasn't happy with their other techs and service before, I decided to try someone else out on my home. The first time she came, she wore the shortest, most ill-fitting shorts possible and made snarky comments while we were there. I told them about this and she came the next time in jeans, but did a crappy job in cleaning. This last time was the same attitude issue and crappy job in cleaning so we ended services.
For my office, they promised to come at a certain day and time and failed to do so the last time they cleaned. When I complained, I was then told that they'd already done that a few times and I hadn't noticed, so they figured it wasn't a big deal. Really? I've also had them break things and then tell me they didn't do it, which wasn't true since I was there. They didn't care.
You would think that since I've been with this company for years, there would be some kind of concern for my satisfaction, but every time I've mentioned anything, they give me attitude like I'm a horrible person to work for and essentially roll their eyes. The owner has insulated himself from all clients and I'm guessing has no clue about how things are now run and how the attitudes have completely gone downhill.
I would not recommend or use their services again.

We have been with My Maid Service since 2010 when we moved into our house. From the first deep clean they performed (getting ready for the holidays) we have been very impressed with the company. The owner came out to give us a free quote and run down on his business and their services. After talking with the owner, as well as my maid, I can see that they care for and take care of their maids which makes me happy as a client.

They assign a maid to you that gets to know you and your house and our maid is Lori. I cannot say enough good things about Lori! She not only cleans my house, but will touch up guestrooms after they are used, looks after my dogs while she's cleaning (they love her because she gives them treats!), and will even give me gentle reminders like, and quot;things are getting a little more dusty than usual, you might want to change your air filter soonand quot; or and quot;I noticed you're having some calcium build up on your shower head, make sure you use some CLR to keep it running well.and quot;

Whenever we call they company about changing a time they are very responsive and accommodating. One time our maid was sick and could not service our house. The maid we got forgot to vacuum one of our guestrooms (and we were having guests over). After a quick phone call the maid came back out and vacuumed it for us the same day.

The owner told us personally that if we ever have a problem to let him know ASAP so he can fix it. I have a lot of confidence in his company and we have had a great experience so far and like a company that is professional.

I found Genesis when I moved to McKinney. The company is family owned and the owner comes to your house to do the work, himself. Richard is awesome. He is very professional. They do an amazing job. I have had Genesis come to my home 4 times now. Their website is very user friendly and I know what I am paying for ahead of time. There are no hidden fees and the work is great. My home smells and feels clean after they leave. He will do one room or the whole house. I will keep using Genesis for my carpet cleaning needs!

They actually arrived early and cleaned all the carpeted rooms in our house. We recently sold and this was a move out clean. They did an excellent job and I will be referring them to friends.

When the cleaning person arrived, she announced to my husband that she had another appointment to get to so she didn't think she would have enough time to clean our house properly even though we had been a regular cash paying customer for several months. She spent just over 2 hours cleaning our 3,700 sq foot home with 4 bathrooms, 3 living areas, 3 bedrooms, etc. When I got home from wotk that evening, it looked as though someone had quickly straightened up and wiped through the middle of some things. Not much was done. The only bathroom that was cleaned was the powder room. None of the furniture had been dusted. She did not even sweep and vacuum all the floors.
I contacted the company and was told that I do not understand how a professional cleaning company and quot;cleansand quot;, and that it is not the same as a homeowner cleans. For instance, I was told by the owner, Shawn Christian, that their techs look at the toilets, bathtubs and showers to see if they look clean, if they look clean to them, then they do not even wipe them down. He said that the cleaning tech said that none of the tubs had been used in the last 2 weeks per her inspection and neither of the two showers or toilets upstairs had been used per her inspections. So none of them were cleaned. The truth is that we had two different guests in our home in that two week period and both bathrooms upstairs had been used. But, even if they hadn't have been used, the tubs, showers, toilets, counters, etc. still get dusty and need to be wiped down to keep them clean and sanitary. I was told all the dust I saw on the furniture was due to resettling, because the cleaning tech is their best so she definitely did dust.
Several weeks prior to this, I realized that the cleaning service was using something on my dark handscraped hardwood floors that was ruining the floors, causing them to warp and have a milky film on them. The Owner came out and advised that he believed we have a water leak under our house. I had a flooring company come out and they confirmed that something had been used on the floors that had damaged them. We are in the process of having them repaired. There is absolutely no water leak under our home.
I was basically called a liar, and told that professional cleaners only inspect my home and then in their opinion clean what they believe needs to be cleaned. Wow, this is a first. I guess the cleaning service was depending on me to clean on the opposite weekends so they could just inspect my work and determine they did not need to do anything. I will NEVER use this company again, and will NEVER recommend them to anyone.

Good. Not as detailed cleaning as I would like. And there seems to be a revolving door of cleaning staff. We have never had the same person more than 4-5 times in a row.

They did a great job! Showed up on time, was very professional. We had some serious pet stains and they were able to get them out!! We will definitely use them next we need our carpets cleaned!!

2012 I am completely impressed and pleased. I would recommend this service to my friends without any doubt.

We are delighted with My Maids. We still had moving boxes all over the place when they started. Remodeling started in September.
The management staff is professional and reminds you of each appointment.
Our cleaning technician is reliable, delightful, effective, and professional. We are all looking forward to when the remodeling is done and she won't have to clean around construction or clean up construction dust everywhere.

This is the third company I've used to clean my carpets in the five plus years we've been in this house and it's the first time I've had anyone take care enough to protect the corners of my walls from being damaged by the heavy hose by using specialized plastic guards. Richard and his father were respectful of my home, they did a great job and were careful to pay special attention to the heavily trafficked areas of my carpet as well as some spots. There was no attempt to up-sell and the price I paid was the price I was quoted prior to their arrival. I will definitely call them back next time I need my carpets tended to.

I WAS IMPRESSED. The clean smell of my entire house was delightful --- after my long day at work. My bedroom furniture was polished, floors mopped, bathrooms spotless. Needless to say, My Maid Service did a stellar job. I recommend them highly and their prices are very reasonable. Their service is consistent, the management is responsive, and I feel like a queen.

I am on a and quot;bi-weeklyand quot; schedule.and quot; My cleaning tech is prompt and provides her own equipment and products. My windows are cleaned on the inside, my baseboards are wiped-off, and dust is history - even appliances, top to bottom... and picture frames. I've never had such great cleaning! polite and professional. They took great care with walls and furniture, I

They started out awesome but quickly began skipping things, taking shortcuts, cleaning around things, etc. Unfortunately, this seems to be the norm for all house cleaning companies

They came quickly after I called to make the appointment and came at a time that was convenient for me. They did a very thorough job and took care with my furniture and walls. They did a fine job, and nothing got damaged. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future because I like the way they do the work.
