Attention to expectations and attention to fully clean house.

We called requesting a last minute cleaning and Stephanie checked and Patty was available for Friday morning. Patty arrived promptly at 9:00 as requested for a 3 hour cleaning and soon realized that it wasn t enough time so she called Stephanie to check and see if she could move her afternoon appointment to Monday morning which she was able to do. So Patty staid until 4:00, doing an absolutely fantastic job cleaning our house in time for a rehearsal dinner. We were thrilled with the fantastic job that both Patty and Stephanie did on our behalf and would highly recommend My Maid Service based in McKinney, Texas!

I has 3 ladies come clean my house. They were all very pleasant and professional. Only flaw was they put my quilt and comforter on sideways but did a very thorough job cleaning. Will certainly use again.

They have only been to my home once but are scheduled bi-weekly. So far, so good!

I've only had them out one time but Kimberly did a great job. I hired them for weekly service.

Techs were not consistent with their cleaning. After 3-4 times, Crystal was finally getting it. The two techs that came while she was tending to car trouble were not professional or thorough. The next time Crystal came, the house was cleaner but still didn't have that "clean" feel.

I'm so glad I found MyMaid Service! They are professional, friendly, dependable, and good at what they do. Give tjem a try...you wont be dissapointed!

Two women showed up. Easy to work with. Did a good job. The price seemed a little high - $149 - but it was probably worth it. The entire project took about four hours. We'd hire them again.

On time, professional and courteous

My Maid Service is a very professional organization. I was contacted promptly by customer service. The cleaning was easy to schedule and payment arrangements were a snap. The cleaning techs showed up promptly and my house is spotless! Overall, I have been very impressed with the courtesy of the individuals and the service of the company.

She did a good job!

My home had not been cleaned in a while as i am disabled, so it was very dusty. They did a great job with everything except some areas of the dusting. There were some areas they completely missed, for example, like the second shelf of a TV stand. But this was very rare. I definitely will have them coming back every month to clean.

My Maid Service sends one person to work for a few hours. That way one person is responsible. You know who did a good job or who did not.
